About us

Authentic. All ways.

We live the grassroots game.
From Lombardy to Lancashire. From Tuscany to Tyneside.
Wherever real people are playing the real game…
…no gloss, just grass… no cameras, just camaraderie…
… for the love of the sport, for the joy of playing together…
…amongst the part-time Pirlos and the middle-aged Messis…
…the after-work Ambrosinis and the social Schillachis…
…with anyone who truly finds themselves on a pitch, at every chance they get….
you’ll find us there.

Path of the garment

DSC00051

To play as a team, sharing our game plan is crucial. Our journey kicks off with design where designers, pattern cutters, and players collaborate. We shape our silhouettes with ergonomics in mind, sampling tirelessly until we achieve the ideal fit. Every fabric is chosen with care to ensure comfort, durability and high performance.

Next, we move to the cutting stage, where every inch of the garment is meticulously accounted for using high-tech fabric cutters. Each pattern piece is carefully checked to ensure excellence before assembling.

Like a perfectly choreographed match, more than 50 dedicated individuals pass the garment through various stages—stitching, ironing and packaging, to get it ready for its final debut.Every item emerges ready for action, just in time for that 5-a-side game you’ve planned with your mates next Wednesday.

Sportika & Fil-co

Sportika started working with Fil-co in 2002. A sportswear manufacturer based in Bulgaria.

Fil-co was established in 1996 and ever since then has been specialised in football garment production. Based in Sopot, Bulgaria. A multifaceted manufacturer, Fil-co consists of three factories which have a closed circle of production. Everything from the kits, the tracksuits, down to the socks is produced in-house.

The Fil-co team started off with 5 people, the owner and his first four employees working from an apartment. Slowly but surely it became, bigger, better and stronger, while preserving the values it stood for since the beginning. Teamwork, dedication and attention to detail.

Fil-co works with Sportika to this day, as a co-owner of the brand.
