Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to update your delivery address or any other details, you can easily cancel your order and place a new one. Alternatively, just get in touch with us, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you with the process.
Will I be notified when my order has been dispatched?
Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including a tracking link to keep an eye on your delivery’s progress.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We strive to get your order to your doorstep within three weeks of placing it. Should there be any delays in the production of your order, our team will be sure to get in touch with you.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by clicking the “Cancel My Order” button in your account, located under the reference number of the order you’ve placed. Alternatively, feel free to give us a call on +44XXXXXXXX, and we’ll handle the cancellation for you directly.
Please note, if you’ve ordered personalised products through our Designer/KitBuilder, these need to be cancelled within a day to be eligible for a refund, as they are customised and can’t be re-sold or returned.

What should I do if I’ve ordered the wrong item?
If you’ve ordered the wrong item, size, or quantity, you can easily cancel your order and place a new one. Alternatively, just get in touch with us, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you with the process.
What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?
We check every item we produce and sell at least twice to ensure top quality. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch with us at customerservice@sportika.co.uk and send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number. Our team will be more than happy to help you sort out the situation.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you’ve received the wrong item, please email us at customerservice@sportika.co.uk with your name, order number, the date of your order, and details of the item you received that wasn’t in your order. We’ll take it from there and sort things out for you.
How can I pay for my order?
You can conveniently pay for your order using a debit or credit card once you check out your basket. Simple and easy!
How do I use a voucher or discount code?
At checkout, under your order summary, you’ll see some text that says “Click here to enter your coupon code.” Just give it a click, and an empty text box will appear where you can enter your coupon or discount code.
Can I return an item if I no longer want it?
Certainly! Products bought from our online store (excluding personalised items) can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. To ensure a refund, the items should be in the same condition as when they were sent to you—unworn, undamaged, and with all the original tags intact.
Please note that personalised products created through our Designer/KitBuilder cannot be returned, as they’re custom-made to your specifications and can’t be resold.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive the items you want to return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Your refund should be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the confirmation.
How should I wash my kit?
All items bought from our store come with a wash label for your convenience. For personalised kits, turn them inside out before putting them in the washing machine. Wash at 30 degrees or below, and remember not to bleach, dry clean, or tumble dry. Iron at a low temperature for the best care.
How to choose the right size?
You can find all the product specifications on the respective product page. Additionally, you’ll find a fit and size guide in the footer of every page.
Can I exchange my item if it doesn’t fit?
If the item you ordered is too big or small and you’d like to exchange it, please contact us at customerservice@sportika.co.uk. We’re happy to help; however, the costs of returning the item and sending the new one need to be covered by you, the customer.
Please note, if the item was personalised and created through our Designer/KitBuilder, it cannot be changed, returned, or refunded, as these items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity, so you can order as little or as much as you’d like!
Do I get a discount when ordering for a whole team?
If you’re looking to place a larger order (for over 20 people) that includes personalised items and training kits, please get in touch with us through the contact form or at info@sportika.co.uk.
Can I have a unique design without a template for my kit?
