1. Delivery Options and Costs

We have a standard rate for all deliveries. No matter how big the order is, the delivery price remains at 10£. Delivery will usually take 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

2. Dispatch Times

Once you’ve made your payment, we immediately start working on your customised orders. For both customised kits and items bought from our online store turnaround times are three weeks. Should there be any delays in production, our team will promptly contact you to keep you updated.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including a tracking link to keep an eye on your delivery’s progress.

4. Delivery Locations

We deliver to all areas within the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.

5. Missed Deliveries

If you’re not available to receive your delivery, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your package from a local depot.

Drafts

We offer a flat delivery rate of just £10 for all orders, no matter the size. You can expect your delivery to arrive within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Production on customised orders start immediately after payment. And dispatched on the average 2 weeks after the order has been made. For items in our online store the turnaround time is also 3 weeks. We strive to get your order to your doorstep within three weeks of placing it. Should there be any delays in the production of your order, our team will be sure to get in touch with you.
