1. Have a Quick Read of Our Return Policy
Before you start a return, please take a moment to review our return policy to make sure your item can be returned. Items need to be sent back within 14 days of receiving them, in their original condition, with tags attached. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for personalised items.
2. Start Your Return
Log in to your account on our website. Head to your order history, find the item you want to return, and drop us an email at customerservice@sportika.co.uk. Make sure to include the SKU code, item quantity, original order reference, and the reason for your return. If the item is damaged or faulty, please attach a photo showing the defect.
3. Pack It Up
Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include any tags, labels, or accessories that came with it. Once we’ve received all the necessary information from you, we’ll send you a return confirmation email with the return address.
4. Send It Off
Take the package to your nearest postal service location or schedule a pickup if that’s an option. Keep hold of the receipt or tracking number for your records.
5. Await Confirmation
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to let you know. If the return is approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. If you’ve chosen an exchange, we’ll send out the replacement item within the same timeframe.
